So to hopefully remedy that situation, I will be starting my Back to Basics series of posts;
A How To on the Basics of Living a Happy, Healthy Gluten Free life.
The purpose of this series will be twofold; it is said that while we teach, we learn, and I have found this to be very true in my life. I still have a lot to learn, and I hope that you will join me on this learning journey!
