When Baking Loaves of Gluten Free bread;
- Make sure your mix is room temperature before baking. This will mean the difference between a sunken loaf and a gloriously risen loaf complete with fancy top cracking!
- Use a thick sided loaf pan. Ceramic or Pyrex work well, but foil or tin pans let too won't let your bread cook slowly and evenly like our finicky gluten free flours need.
